Product Applications
RCI's primary marketplace is aerospace components which are characterized by hot oxidizing or corrosive conditions at extreme temperatures and very high thermal fluxes.
Learn about our numerous product applications

Design and Analysis
RCI uses multiple computer aided design and engineering (CAD/CAE) software programs including SDRC's I-DEAS and Solidworks Office software for both component and process tooling design and tooling structural analyses. RCI also operates NASA developed brittle matrix composite analysis codes including CEMCAN and PC-GINA.

Program Management
RCI's financial/management information systems are fully approved for all contract types by Defense Contract Audit Agency, Baltimore. RCI uses Microsoft Project Management 2000 with MIS system data file input to provide near real time management tools and information for the program manager. MIS system job cost project phase codes and cost codes match Project 2000 program structures for maximum data interchange. Resource allocations both within a specific project and in the context of total company resources can be readily ascertained both historically and on a "what if" gaming evaluation or planning basis.
RCI operates a company wide LAN with centralized server data files that cover current programs, past programs, process, facilities, maintenance and corporate data files. A separate server complete with sophisticated firewall appliances isolates external company communications from our internal data files. These systems use large redundant (mirrored) hard drives (RAID Level 2 systems) with redundant power supplies and uninteruptable power supplies.
